Completely unrelated, but I'm still a bit miffed that this musical has a song titled The Spider and the Lamps, but it has the wrong energy for this piece. But it was right there.

But despite the lack of the perfect title, I had the time of my life on this piece! As you can probably tell from the fact that it's painted and took almost six hours to complete. I've just fallen into the Hollow Knight fandom, and so I jumped at the chance to work with some of the game's fantastic scenery.

I've never done a digitally painted piece before (and probably won't again for the rest of ArtFight), but I'm more in love with this wonderfully dying world and everyone's fan creations in it than ever. I may stalk through the Hollow Knight tags for some more sacrifices, but you'll have to wait for that.
