The folder you should put it on is:
C: Drive / Program Files / GIMP-2.0 / share / gimp / 2.0 / brushes
Not the second one named 'brushes'. The second one is wrong. Trust me.

I didn't made them by myself so it would be a crime if I wanted money for them. Original author only takes voluntary point donations for using them actually, though she wasn't taking anything when these brushes were submitted.
