Personally, I think I screwed this up... I think I'd need to redraw it from the beginning. I always have a really hard time modifying lineart...
Specifically, now that her arms are up, the layout is bad. Her boobs are kind of lost in a blur of flesh tones. Maybe if I had given her long sleeves...

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactPerhaps if her bobs were paler than the rest of her skin and perhaps a bi larger, flopping over the fingers and hands, they would stand out a bit better. I would like to see her a little more surprised or reluctant.
But I like this image. It puts the viewer in the picture, as if the viewer is stepping in and fondling those tits. Except for the boobs being lost as you say, I like the lip biting and the general feel of it. So, yes, if the boobs were a little paler and a bit larger and softer, they would stand out nicely.
