One of the three scenes from the opening of the fangame AM2R. I wanted to try to make it look more like Fusion and Zero Mission's cutscenes.

I grew up with Metroid Fusion on the GBA. Never played any other Metroid game (aside from Zero Mission which AM2R is primarily based off / Also started playing Metroid Zero Mission), but I love what it has to offer with the music, graphics and bosses!
There were points in AM2R where I found myself muttering that this was brilliant.
What a way to celebrate Metroid's 30th!!

Oh man,and you can't really cheat the missile shots in AM2R,like you could in M2,you have to hit the metroid's membrane part or it'll glance off.
