A Pony Pokemon Master

Another collab with ~hkkkkals, now with something more elaborate... this time we used DrawPile for the initial work until things got more complex (like gradients and blur), in that case I've used Photoshop and ~hkkkkals used MyPaint.

~hkkkkals tells the story: "Pikachus love ketchup. So Miss Pokemaster is offering her favorite companion a special treat while they dine at Ponyville's local fancy dining establishment."
