EDIT: First place. November 2015 : SVI Schooling Show Results

How do I indoor backgrounds? Oh well I actually kind of like this. Especially the shading... somehow.xD
And. That. Pose. Was. So. Freaking. Hard. It took ages to get those hind legs right. I was only just like half an inch away from rage-quitting, seriously.
Not funny.

The cold wind cut into May's cheeks while her mare gallopped smoothly over the frozen grounds of Wilkenburg Stables. Even though there was no snow on the ground it was freezing cold and promised to be even colder the next days. It was sure to be snowing soon. A little sigh of relief escaped the redhead when they neared the stable passage though she slowed Leitha down a little as a mere precaution. The mare had not been on particularly good terms with Insomnia before and May sure as hell did not want a fight between the two during the competition. Also she was concerned that Leitha's horseshoes were more slippery than usual from the frost outside and would skid on the concrete stable floor. However upon entering the wonderfully warm building May found her concerns about the horseshoes unnecessary. The mare did not slip in the slightest and an idea crossed May's head. If they passed Insomnia at enough speed both mares wouldn't have enough time to start fighting each other. Feeling a slight insecurity in her stomach pit the redhead pushed Leitha into a faster gallop, her heart racing nearly in unison with the nearly deafening pounding of the iron horseshoes on the concrete.
