"Shit shit shit shit SHIT. It HAD to be today, hadn't it." Yan cursed as he opened the braid in Craftie's mane for the third time.
He just was no good at braiding. Never has been. He had always left that to May when she was on a competition with him. But the stallion's mane has become too long to leave open during show jumping so there was no way around braiding.
And May wasn't there.
So Yan sighed and with a low grumble went back to seperate the small strands of hair for the fourth time.
The stallion snorted, slightly exasperated by the human who was constantly tugging at his mane. He really liked his human, see, but a horse could only bear this much mane pulling. Craftie snorted again and swished his tail. Luckily he still had some hay left.
