I just saw an episode where a guy who's been burglarizing the neighborhood calls up Homer, the head of a hastily-assembled neighborhood watch group, and goes "Homer, my arch-nemesis" and he thinks it's Marge and I know it's a joke about how he's dumb but I’m choosing to believe that this is just in her greeting rotation for some reason.
