Magpiekits mother hadn't meant to get pregnant. And his father didn't want any part in it. His mother didn't think it would be a hard pregnancy. She'd give her kits to a care taker and get on with her life. Unfortunately it didn't go that way. She had a difficult birth and hours after Magpiekit was delivered she passed away. Wispdream a caretaker had taken herbs so she could feed the kit when he was born. She along with Wolfheart adopted him. He knows about his birth mother and that he was adopted. Though he doesn't really get why being adopted matters. His parents make sure he knows that they love him and that hes their son. He loves to cuddle with his mom and dad and take long naps. He does explore the camp sometimes but he doesn't really have a strong urge to leave the camp at the moment. He's very content with his little family and loves them very much.
