Amor Dulce by Jubell Amor Dulce by Jubell
Dulcita using her power to beseech Lord Azucar for his aid. She's basically using her First Love love as a magical object of power. Eventually all of it's power will be gone, so she's actually making a sort of sacrifice each time she heals someone.

And a reminder that I am...have issue drawing well with the new monoprice tablet. ^_^;

That poor girl. I wonder what happened to her first love.

Oh she's still got it, the emotions behind it anyway. So it's still sweet for her.

But as she heals others those memories and emotions go away. It really wasn't set to be clear if the love was a person or a concept (like "all life")

That is some A+ magic effect! This looks like it could be a screen grab from an animation, super dynamic and awesome.

I'm sorry you're having issues with the tablet. I feel like it's my fault. :cry:

No way! It's actually just me. The tablet I was using before was graphic display one from wacom (one of the cintiq). So my hand eye coordination for monitor-to-tablet is off from all those years where I had to do it before. It was like drawing on paper so I have to get acclimated to doing all that again.

You were actually right about everything else, though. I tried to get beyond the eraser issue and slowly but surely I'm just astounded at how easy it is to deal with. I tried hot keys and all that jazz - I just end up using the program to do what needs to be done. Even with zooming in and out of the screen (which is what I do almost as much as erasing. yikes, hehe). So even if I had gotten another wacom or something I'd still have the same issues. Eventually I'll get used to all of it, but it's like...new comp...new tablet...making it all work in harmony. -_-

I don't even have my old brushes reinstalled yet. Gotta get on the ball with that one. o.o
