Description
Many of the local Scavengers have secured and fortified large portions of the abandoned cities. They've developed trade lines and networks with neighboring Scav Cities where they trade, purchase, and sell items of value, including weapons. Because each group follows their own code of rules, many encounters are often unpredictable, even hostile.
