See, I have a horrible habit of using just my wrist and not my elbow or shoulder while drawing... But today I'm wearing a makeshift wrist brace. I have to say that I was surprised at how easy it was to draw when I used my full arm, and painlessly too! I bet my expression was the same as Uru's is.
