Dark/Psychic/Flying/Water
weak to Bug, x4Electric, Fairy, Rock
resistant to dark, fighting, water, steel, fire, poison, ghost
immune to psychic, ground

My Rating: Other than a Rock/Fairy or Water/Electric Pokemon giving it some trouble, this would be one tough Pokemon to take down. With resistances and immunities to both powerful physical Attackers like steel, fighting, and ground, as well as powerful special attackers like ghost, psychic, water, and fire, this Pokémon could frustrate almost any combination of sweepers, stallers, and even bulky sets. It would take a very specific set up team with specific items and certain status inducing move sets to take this thing out. Another good thing about its quad-typing is that it could be used either as a primary physical attacker with Physical STAB  Dark and Flying moves, or as a primary Special Attacker with special STAB psychic and water type moves. So max EVs on HP and either Atk or Sp. Atk, and let its resistances and immunities be its defenses.

also the 3 of the elements are good defending... also lugia recover and umbreon moonlight.

Which is why only a certain team set up with certain items and movesets would be needed.

Like a Rock/Fairy type with the move gravity, then switch into a psychic or ghost type that knows Hypnosis and has zoom lens but must be able to tank one hit before using hypnosis, then switch into a water/electric to thunderbolt it while it sleeps, then when it wakes, Switch back into rock/Fairy for earthquake(may have to use gravity again for this to work). Afterwards, use Will-o-wisp to induce burn damages(or toxic for poison damage) the Switch into a grass/bug Type to hit it with Leech seed, then wear it down with Infestation.

ALL of THAT, just to take out this ONE Pokémon.

and what about umbreon"s Synchronize?

That would require a ghost/poison type(gengar) to inflict toxic, because gengar can't be poisoned(or a steel type with toxic because steel is immune to poison). Like I said, it would take a very specific set up team with a very specific set of items and moves to take this thing down.
