Wilma Winkley (Fallout Velma)

"Wilma Winkley," one of the player-characters from my Fallout/Scooby mash-up retro-futuristic post-apocalyptic mystery-horror adventure, "Rooby-Doo and the Ghost of Dry Rock Gulch," for Necronomicon 2018 in Tampa, Florida.  For the miniature, I used a 32mm scale pewter miniature, Reaper Chronoscope #50024, "Candy, Anime Heroine," modified with some epoxy putty to add a sweater.  The "History Machine" is a converted Happy Meal toy.

"Cars" is a trademark of Pixar/Disney.  "Dry Rock Gulch" is a property of Bethesda Softworks/Zenimax (from Fallout 4 DLC).  Scooby-Doo and related characters are properties of Hannah-Barbera Productions.  This is a "fan work" for a tabletop RPG scenario, and no challenge to trademark status is intended.
