Desert Dessert - Bici Bici from Uldum

How do they get ice in Uldum? Well, see, there's the Virna'al Dam and that huge reservoir that Ramkahen and Mar'at sit on the banks of, and the water gets REALLY cold at the bottom.... Or something. Anyway, another recipe article doodle, and since it's in Uldum, I get an excuse to doodle a tol'vir that just happens to look like a one-eyed cougar character belonging to a friend of mine.
