There are so many wonderful gifts to receive here on DA: llamas, badges, honors, and all the lovely acknowledgements from viewers who appreciate your work. Those things are truly special.
But for me, the very best experiences on DA come in two forms.
One: collaborating with another artist to create something that is a genuine contribution from both of us. There is something incredibly rewarding about working together and seeing our ideas come together in one creation.
Two — the bestest of all: when an artist takes the time, effort, and imagination to create something using your OC.
That is such a thrill. Such an honor. And honestly, one of the most wonderful things that has happened to me during my time on DA.
Whether it is a video, a drawing, a comic, or a story, I am always completely humbled and delighted. The thought that someone would enjoy your character and your work enough to spend their own time creating something with it is just... amazing. It feels like such a
