Description

This is the final poster in a series of posters I've developed for Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, "The Dark Knight Rises." Each of the posters have the central character, Batman, along with the two villains he goes up against. In this poster we see Bane and Catwoman. I chose to have a red overlay because a central theme in this movie is the idea of rebirth. After the events of "The Dark Knight," Bruce quit being Batman for seven years. But then Bane shows up and kicks his ass. Later on he comes back better than ever like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
