Elite: Dangerous - Cargo Cannisters #3 by JonathanBluestone Elite: Dangerous - Cargo Cannisters #3 by JonathanBluestone
And now by popular request (gods only know why) I'm presenting images of the standard one metric tonne cargo cannisters which are utilized to contain freight. This standardized system has made loading and unloading very simple. ELITE: Dangerous is a literal work of art and is for many, more ''a way of life'' than a game. It grew out of ELITE, the original 1984 space trading and combat space simulator; and was subsequently supplanted by Frontier: Elite II and finally Frontier: First Encounters - with Elite: Dangerous being the most recent version. Recently the game was updated to provide the ability for pilots to maneuver a free-view camera around their vessels and I using this method created the image presented here.

NOTE: the image I've presented here was used in the ELITE Web Comicbook, FANGS (fangs.ink/b2-01.html) - a damned good way of preserving and promoting the ELITE legend. Thank you Commander Lee Hutchinson!
