Cute design! I like the anime-esque design you've got going so far. One big issue I can pick out here is that there's a lack of symmetry with her face. The right side sticks out a bit more and the edge of the temple is lower down than the left's. The right ear is also higher up on her head than the other. Because of this, the face is a little warped and looks like it's positioned in the wrong place. I don't know what your sketching process looks like, but just in case, here's some things that work for me, I'll make sure to link some examples at the bottom so you can get a better idea of how these would work visually.
What works for most people is sketching out a circle for the cranium, putting a vertical line to give an idea of where the figure is facing and to make it easier to tell if the face is symmetrical, and then a smaller horizontal line about halfway down to show where the eyes are positioned, and to help measure the distance between them. Personally, I don't work bottom to top instead, starting by sketching where i want the chin to be, adding the lines, and then readjusting. It's very hard to get a nice face either way without the guiding lines. You can also measure out where the other features are supposed to be by "cutting in half" down the vertical line. Halfway from the chin to the eyes is usually where the tip of the nose will be, and halfway from the tip of the nose to the chin is usually where the mouth will be.
Here's some visual examples: Tutorial2 by The-G-Empire
For some minor issues, I'd first point out that the shoulders look a little too small for the body. Most builds will have the shoulders a head's width out from the side of the head on either side. The eyebrows are a little too close together for what looks like a relaxed expression, they should be a bit further apart unless they're meant to be furrowed, in which case I suggest adding a line or two to indicate that. The clips are a little too small and not in her hair enough to look like they're pinning it back. For getting the hair to "fall more naturally" I suggest looking up some real life references. Google images is a great source, I've found. If you can't find a good reference of the thing you're looking for, have a family member or friend pose for you and make your own references! Also, I suggest leaving the areas of her eyes that are highlighted unlined, so it looks more like a reflection.
Some more examples for you:  Tutorial3 by The-G-Empire
My only other gripes are technical, the linework isn't terribly smooth and could use a little more time, but that's the sort of thing that gets better mostly through practice. The color is messy, especially with the hair, I can spot plenty of white spots that are unfilled, or areas where it went outside the lines.
Otherwise this is a very cute piece! It could just benefit from a little cleanup :)
I hope this helps some! Keep up the great work!

Holy crap thank you so much! This really helps and is what I've been looking for for a long time now, personally I kinda wanted the line work to be a bit messy lol but other than that I can definitely see where I messed up and what I can fix now. I really do appreciate this considering how long it must have taken you to write all this lol.

Could you by any chance help me with another drawing I did? (Colored) by JokerinaQuinn  (The picture quality isn't the best sorry) It has most of a realistic style that I've been randomly messing with in my spare time and for one I know the eye is messed up and shouldn't be that far out but I'd like to know if there's anything else you found that I should know or that would help me.

No problem at all! I'm glad this helped :D
But yeah, I'd love to help out with that! I'm a bit tied up at the moment, but I'll be sure to keep it in mind for when I do get some time ^^
