Being healthy is the most important thing in life.
If you aren't healthy and push yourself too hard, you will pretty much constantly be ill and won't be able to get anything done no matter how hard you keep trying.
Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way, because I had terminal illness for many years that keep sucking away all of my strength and I didn't even know, that I had a terminal illness until I almost died from it.
Luckily, the doctors in a hospital were able to fix me back up and once I left the hospital, I started doing better and also started taking more breaks whenever I am feeling tired or ill...
It has really improved my health and my life overall.
