Finally a new artwork!! Yay :D

This one was so much fun! It is part of my "Symbols of Life" series, although it doesn't represent any symbol, like the others in the series... just dragons :D Oh how I missed painting dragons! Still one of my favorite subjects! They are just so mystical and magical! AHH!!

Hope you like this one :D Comments are highly appreciated!!

Thank you for your support throughout 2017! Onto 2018! WOHOO!!

Prints are available here (I just bought my own fine art printer and the quality is sooo amazing!!):…

Oh and I am on twitter now, if you wanna follow me there as well (I upload much more frequently, cause I also post weird sketches and such):

Oh, Pretty! I love these two! :D

I love the representation of Yin and Yang, female and male, dark and light, western and eastern... even though the eastern dragon has wings.. what am I talking about I'm eastern and have wings... >.>

Good job!

I love the traditional kind of dragons with the scales and fangs and just the aggressiveness that they seem to eminate.
While these don't fit into that category (for me), I find them stunning! Can't say more than "They're perfect!"
Though just a quick sidenote, aren't these considered wyverns instead of dragons? Since they don't have front paws to speak of... but that's just me being nitpicky and it doesn't change the fact that they're amazing :)

And seeing the thumbnails of your gallery, you look like the kind of artist I want to keep my eye on, I'll be watching you.

They probably do have front legs, but as their backs are facing the viewer and their wings are half spread, the legs wouldn't be visible from this angle.

I beg to differ as the wing joints traditionally are behind the joints of the front legs, for balance.
But it doesn't matter anyway, front legs or not, this piece is amazing :)

Just because that's how they are traditionally portrayed doesn't mean the legs aren't present here.  It's entirely possible the artist didn't know that (I certainly didn't, but that makes sense--I'll have to keep it in mind for the future); the leg joints could be below the wing joints.  Though, looking at the artist's Twitter, assuming this is based off the sketch they showed it next to from when they were twelve, it looks like the originals don't have legs at all.  In that case, we're both wrong.  A legless, winged dragon is called an amphiptere.
