The fourth story arc from season 4 of Viva Las Vegas. Jennifer and Jessica Blake are 16 years old, and are omphalopagus conjoined twins. As infants, their parents decided against separation, saying that since the girls would be the ones directly affected, they should be the ones who make the decision on whether to separate or remain joined to one another.

TRIVIA TIDBITS

1. While there have been several story arcs centered around conjoined twins, this is the only arc in which the type of conjoinment, omphalopagus, is mentioned.
2. One twins are revealed to be natural blondes. However, Jennnifer dyes her hair black while Jessica dyes hers red, in an attempt to experss their individuality, despite being conjoined.
3. The fact the twins have different colored hair was inspired by the movie Chained for Life, which stars real life conjoined twins Daisy and Violet Hilton. In the movie, Violet is a brunette, while Daisy is a blonde.
4. The ending of the arc is deliberately left ambiguous, as to whether or not the twins agree to separation. 
5. Although the twins are both virgins, they do discuss how they can have sex the way they[re joined. 
6. Amanda and Annemarie Howard, who voice Jennifer and Jessica, have never set foot in the state of New Mexico.
i7. Amanda and Annemarie Howard are identical twins, and spent a month literally glued together belly to belly prior to recording their lines, to get an idea what it would be like to be conjoined twins.
