The first and second story arcs from season 3 of Viva Las Vegas, this double arc revolves around Lucy Wright and Jeannette Halliday(both 18f), two friends who decide, as a work of performance art, to glue themselves together back to back, and live for a year as conjoined twins. 

TRIVIA TIDBITS:

1. Karen Jenkins and Brianna Holden, who voice Lucy Wright and Jeannette Halliday respectively, actually did glue themselves together back to back as a work of performance art, albeit for only a week, and not a year.
2. Officially, "But Is It Art?" is Lucy Wright's story arc, while "Did I Paint My Toenails For This?" is Jeannette Halliday's story arc.
3. Lucy Wright is the only female protagonist in the whole series who doesn't wear nail polish. This was inspired by the fact her voice actress, Karen Jenkins, admits she never does her nails.
4. The title of Jeannette Halliday's arc, "Did I Paint My Toenails For This?" was inspired by Brianna Holden showing up late for a recording session because she was getting a pedicure.
5. The only story arc that doesn't involve sex in any way, despite the fact that it's made clear that neither Lucy Wright nor Jeannette Halliday are virgins.
