rabbit feet

RABBIT FEET.

I forget what exactly was the reasoning I had for drawing this, but I doubt it was a good one in any case. As you can see, this girl's (whom I shall name Carol) feet have been replaced by live rabbits. Live, squeaking rabbits. They annoy her to no end.

The rabbits have been structurally modified to perform as capable feet-replacements, so internally they are not too different from a normal human foot - one can run and jump on them without squishing out their little organs and stuff. But in addition to being feet, they are also rabbits, and they annoy her to no end.

I'm more pleased with this character design than my latest works, as her face leaves more of an impression on me and her hair cut is less recycled-from-the-generic-memories-of-past-and-present than the uh, more ones. The background didn't quite work as well as I had hoped, though, and it feels a bit busier than I'd like. However, Carol doesn't have much going for her other than her interesting feet (which annoy her to no end) and I felt I'd rather present you with some of her personality instead of a wrinkly backdrop.

Aside from the background not playing well, my only regret is that I somehow managed to orient her hips in a direction that disagrees with the rest of her body.

I guess I'm just that cool. *hair*

EDIT2: A number of you have inquired about why she has to have rabbit for feet. I cannot tell you, as it is a deeply personal issue and we do not discuss it with people outside of the family.

Yes, she feeds her feet (they eat apricot jam).
No, they do no taste like rabbit (they taste like feet).
No, those are not socks - they are ankle warmers (they have openings on both ends).
Yes, the poop can look like that, because as feet the rabbits have a completely unrabbity digestive tract (they resemble a tube of toothpaste).
Yes, they squeak/sing for the same reason as above (they can only sing five notes though).
Yes, they can transport her around with their own feet (they annoy her to no end)
No, they cannot mate with you or anyone else for that matter (they are both female, btw).
