Description

Another drop for Neo Japan found in one of my older archives aka graveyard, LOL. This is a rather quick one since i reused most of the parts from my older paintings, and its alot rougher than most of them. haha.

Here's one of the concepts of the some prototypes before the official announcement of the Neo Keisatsu program in Neo Japan.
