It looks almost more biomechanical than steampunky to me; I reckon it's the green tint and soft curves that have that effect. At any rate, beautiful artwork and great design, and extra props for doing it in Corel Painter. That program is a bitch working with!

I love working with Painter - probably so much so that I'd struggle to do anything similar in Photoshop these days - My upgrade to CS5 might have been a waste of money

Thanks, and thanks for pointing that out. Must be some kinda weird dA glitch. Resubmitted the original file, but set the full view size a bit smaller. Seems to work OK now.
