I thought I had it figured out,
I thought that I was done,
but now I'm just left wondering
if I've only just begun.
Written for day 4 of the 2018 April Poem-A-Day Challenge on the Writer's Digest Poetic Asides Blog
Prompt - Take the phrase “Case (blank);” replace the blank with a word or phrase; make the new phrase the title of your poem; and then, write your poem. Possible titles include: “Case of Water,” “Case in Point,” “Case Study,” and “Case of the Missing Person.”

Ok so... This is like the incipit to a good book. Please please please embed that within the pages of Outlander's Tale <3. It's brilliant! I don't exactly know how much I should read into this but regardless of that- and precisely so, I love it

Thank you. :) It does kind of describe the writing process for The Outlander's Tale. The original idea was very different and now it's somehow become character driven and keeps getting longer by the chapter. lol
