Description
A few months ago I created an artwork for a Fantasy-contest. Maybe you remember it. It has the title "The end of magic" [link]
This new artwork is called "Before the end of magic". One of the reasons for choosing such a similar title is the fact that I used the same stockresource again (only another picture now). Somehow it felt logicial to do so.
For everybody who wonders about some of my brushes; yes, some of them are indeed created from fractals. It's not a secret. I turn (almost) everything in a brush.
"Before the end of magic" reminds me of a girl that stepped into my life a few years ago. I was attracted to her from the minute I saw her. She was a fashion designer and had a lot of fantasy. From time to time she also was a little bit extravagant. But not in a bad way. How some of our saturdaynights were? Aaah, so romantic. Sitting on the couch. Her head on my shoulder and watching video-tapes from Jean-Paul Gaultier. My oh my, those were the days
Ha, ha! We dated for 2 years and sadly we arrived at "The end of magic" *sigh* .....
