So I recently had someone comment on some of my pieces asking if they were real or AI (they are real). I just wanted to make a post addressing this kind of behavior because while it's upsetting, this person is probably a fellow artist that is frustrated, upset, and wants to do good. I stumbled across their comment again on a Bram Sels piece and then found that they are spamming posts everywhere so I posted on their page. Here's a snippet. "You probably view yourself as a hero running around and punching ai bros in the face. The truth is that it looks like you're mostly punching real artists in the face AND the ai bros are immune to getting punched in the face because they don't mind that their work is AI. Even if the AI bro cared, they have invested so little into the "art" that your questioning has little impact. For artists investing themselves and so much time into pieces, snide comments about AI is so discouraging. Particularly when you're asking an artist like myself or say Bram
