City Boy Goes to Amazon

It's everyone's favorite post: a book re-issue! Well, we haven't put anything new on the Amazon site for several months, so we're publishing "City Boy, Country Girl" on Kindle. It'll be three parts for $3.99 each. It's the same book we've had on Lulu for a couple of years, with two new covers and we did clean up some of the art. But to emphasize the point: DO NOT BUY if you already own the book. There's nothing new enough to purchase. The Lulu version has also been updated to add the two new covers (and a leftover sketch).

If this is the first time you've heard of this book, it's the story of a young couple, both hard-nosed businesspeople. The husband has been trying to trick an old woman in Oklahoma out of her oil-rich land for a while, and when she falls ill, he goes to visit her and hopefully snatch the land in the process. However, she turns the tables on him. Back in the city, his wife begins to get distressing messages about him, how he's losing weight, his voice is getting higher and he's taken up the fiddle as a hobby. Turns out, the old woman is having the young man take the place of her dead teen daughter. And she's just getting started.
