Come Undone by JoelFaber Come Undone by JoelFaber
Thanks for taking a gander. Please fullview, the scaled version is compressed too much. (Sorry for the large file size this time. I had to use low compression to get the colours to look right.)

Apophysis flame fractal. Post-work in The Gimp.

Interesting piece, especially with the color "levels" if you will. The top parts seem to be the yellows and as you get progresssively lower, it turns purple then black.

Neat effect!

Whoa! The difference between thumbnail and full is ridiculous: that fantastic midnight blue/purple colour wasn't even visible, and it looks so well against the woody shades

I can just imagine how great this would look in a very large format hanging in the entrance of a first class safari lodge.

Hmm, I'm kinda taken by these colors. this is such a fun style. I like this one much better than the last.

Although, it makes me want to invert the colors. Just to see.

Full view is definitely a must to see the detail in the darker parts but well worth the extra click!

Now,this is much better.
It's kinda like some spots are burned or schorched.
Love it.

The colors work much better this way, I think.
It has a nice even feeling to it, unlike Treason at Sea, which was split and asymetrical.
