Ok so real talk if I was a better writer maybe I would have transitioned to Swapan feeling like he had to make this decision better or I would have shown more effects as to why this decision was so important, I promise I will try to make you understand, hopefully by the end of Act 2 those two facts will be more clear. For now let's say Swapan has some similarities to Scar, I mean he is the boys father.

That's my easy go to answer, he's scar's son and is conning, andwhen he's overwhelmed/ scared he's gonna make some regrettable decisions.
