Evening Storm on Lake Caloosa

This Kodachrome (asa) 64 slide was exposed in 1969,
using a Nikkormat Ftn with 105mm Auto Nikkor lens stopped down to F22.
The camera placed on a tripod, aperture setting F 22
and Shutter placed open.
Using the lens cap I remove for exposure of one lightning bolt, quickly place cap over lens and repeat in order to collect as many lightning flashes without washing the image out.

In 2004 this image was scanned with a polaroid SS4000 scanner at max DPI, converted and resized for web application using Corel Photopaint V8.

Crooked Lake is one of the very cleanest in all of Florida.
