Two intoxicated teenyboppers waltz their way back to sobriety
And into the torrent of each others jaded emotions,
Their tears are crystal-clear snow globes that explode at contact.
Pushing the envelope until the spirit breaks
And bends the knee in reverence at the altar of our god Vanity
This is your new taste.
They violate their social contract
By vandalizing gods holy temple with sex, drugs,
And rock n roll.
What is the verdict?
Their Youthful splendor is nothing more than
A flash in the pan, I doubt they will remember anything after the damage is done.
Can we complain about the outcome, knowing we drove ourselves this far?
Two teenagers waltz back into a drunken state of mind
They are Too young to deal with reality, so they must put it all behind.
