Description
Collab with reensdragon. She was the only one who ask drawing for this event and her work is awesome fav.me/d7p4v2v. Unfortunately, I don't write small story like I used to do with my other event art. Two Pokemon of mine are playing with hers' in the festival.
Full Body + Shading + Detailed Background + Event Bonus = 8 levels for Astral (Eevee), Toto (Togepi), Moondust (Togepi), Mudpie (Swinub/Bagon)
Moondust and Mudpie belongs to reensdragon
Astral and Toto belongs to me
To tell two different Togepi in this picture, my Togepi is jolly and having piggy-dragon ride on Mudpie while her Togepi is serious and seems to be not interested in others' activities.
Art by me (C)

QwQ Look Dusty's here too! XD And that is so like Mudpie~ He is a happy Mullet Dragon pig~ This is really adorable~ <3
In my mind Mudpie's parents sent Dusty to keep on eye on him since he's so hyper and probably just running everywhere around the festival XD
Good job! uwu
