...of course, you might just have to take her word for it. I'm sure anyone who tries for a test-grope might find themselves hurtling towards Jupiter before the sensation even registers. :P

Hmm, good point. You'd probably have to add the boob window to Daisy's outfit for people to get it.

There is a comic that defines what superman and wonder woman sound like when kissing, something like marble rubbing against granite, so they are probably soft to someone with kryptonian level strength or above but to anyone with less than super strength they're probably like two very well rounded flesh colored boulders.

I remember that scene, towards the end of Kingdom Come. I think the context of it was more that there was no passion between the two, not that their kiss made a griding sound.

Perhaps, they may depend on individual interpretation but enough nerd stuff...uh...boobs...soft...etc :P

Yeah, I am not particularly fond of Power Girl, she is interesting I suppose but she has become primarily a large breasted gimmick.

In all fairness, Power Girl was the first character to flaunt the Comic Code rule about females being "drawn realistically without exaggeration of any physical qualities." As if women could only come in limited shapes, which is just as sexist to me as drawing them "exaggerated." (I can remember an answer in a "Lois Lane" letter column stating that Lois, and Lana Lang, were both 36-24-36.) It isn't Power Girl's fault others chose to imitate and exceed her.

And if you think she's a "large-breasted gimmick," then you haven't seen her most recent series just before the New 52 reboot. She was a multi-dimensional character, capable of humor, laughter, anger, etc. And, under Amanda Conner's pencils, she was realistically drawn, with a costume you could see holding in what it had to hold in.

It was when the Image girls, the Body Doubles, and Lady Death came along that PG, physically, became just another "face in the crowd." I've liked her since her debut in All-Star Comics and even am a fan of her "World's Finest" version.

Can't argue much, there. She (and lots of other characters) was written more intelligently before this "New 52" reboot.

It isn't just DC, Marvel saw some characters and stories destroyed thanks to stuff like Spider Man and his One More Day and New Day and all that stuff.

The problem is that it less about the story and more about making every last dime.
Image is about money but at least Image gives artists a chance and complete ownership of their work, not sure if you've read much from Image but they do have some really good comics out now.

I haven't read Image comics in hears, except for Savage Dragon.

I'll give Marvel a bit more credit than DC. Spider-marriage aside, I think they do a better jb at managing their continuity... Even if it means simply ignoring huge chunks of it until it's convenient.

Arguably yes, DC seems to prefer to make everything a major disaster while Marvel just seems to handle major events that do affect all stories and connect to continuity, in some way.
Of course Marvel loves finding any character, no matter how insignificant from the past, primarily the mid 70s and bringing them back, usually as some big new villain.
While DC loves to do stuff with Batman, Superman, Flash or Wonder Woman.

Image has some great titles; Invincible, Battle Pope, Walking Dead, Chew, Spawn, Bomb Queen, Cyber Force, Elephant Men, Hack/Slash, Haunt and lots more.

It's nice, but I have a feeling those things, being invulnerable, are probably harder than rock.

I kind of disagree.

I tend to think of Power Girl's invulnerability as a power she can control. When she's threatened by a weapon, her kryptonian DNA converts her outer skin to an extremely dense tissue, harder than diamond or steel that absorbs the kinetic energy of a projectile and dissipates it into her body as additional power to her adrenal system.

In situations when she's enjoying human bodily contact, her body would feel like a normal human's skin and exhibit all the characteristics of a human female.
