Okay so it's been about two months since I first started going out to the farm about 45mins away from where I live :)
Unfortunately, my (now) ex-trainer got into a fight with the agistment owner and everything just sort of went downhill.
However, I am now under the agisment owners wing :) She said I am still allowed to go out and hang out with the horses and ride as well.
I haven't been riding out there since I last rode, however, my dad and I found an equestrian centre about 15 minutes out from our place and had my first lesson there on Friday the 18th of April :)
I had ridden there recently with a friend, it was sort of a lesson but i
This year marks the 10th year I last rode a horse, and today(including a day back in January) I have officially gotten back into the saddle.
After about 2-4 weeks I have been heading out an farm (about 45 mins away from where I live) every weekend and doing ground work with a gorgeous New Forrest Pony named Cuz.
And today was the day I rode him! :)
It was mainly a walk, I tried to trot again, but after not riding for ten years and not doing a trot for about 3 (as I did it during a trail ride with some friends once) I am VERY rusty.
I am hoping to get back into Jumping and Cross Country once I get back the basics of riding etc.
But it's a star
In case you haven't noticed I am very excited about something!! :D
Well, most of you know i"m horse crazy, obsessed and all other things they call a horse lover.
Well, truth is, this is my tenth year since I've stopped riding, I used to be really good and had regular two hour lessons each week on a tuesday after school.
But they put me on a stubborn mare (it was my first time riding her) and she took off at a full on gallop and we almost hit the fence. I managed to stay on which the instructor was pretty surprised about, but when she kept telling me to "Show the whip!" it made the pony go even faster...
So I was very spooked and thus didn't
Well it's 17 days into the new year, but I'm still counting this as a new years resolution.
I really want to step my art up to another level and try out challenging ways to give my art a new edge.
I cannot say what those will be, but they will be most likely painted like ones and trying specific creatures for most of the year.
Still expect cats ;)
I'd love to do more digital art dragons, especially since watching The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
However, I do have one more art resolution and that is PATIENCE.
I'll generally start a piece and never finish it, it's just because I don't feel the need to do it anymore or I have other artwo
I've been looking through my old art GAHHH MY EYES!!
So, I was just wondering if you guys had any requests from my *OLD EYE HEARTBREAKING ART* that you wanted me to bring a new and improved version of! :D
Just look at the first few pages,
I will not redo fan art.
Ready. Set. GO
