Pretty cool design!
It's ok, but for the first time, i see mistakes in your work 
Which mistake? 
The parallax effects aren't all working for starters 
As you go down the site, the blurred images don't always show through like they should, instead I just continue to see blurred mess.
I also felt the choice or design of the icons didn't fit one cohesive theme for the layout, and they kept changing throughout the layout.
Edges on shapes and icons were blurred, and rough in some areas.

Overall it's a wonderful site JJ, just seemed a little rushed in areas. by comparison to the websites I've seen you create in the past
