BOO!!
so...
New camera, new computer, fixed iPod, new speakers, new TV, new running shoes, new truck, and most fulfilling of all...a new girlfriend.
I've been lazy the last 8 months...and 22 years....but I have everything I've been whining about for a very very very long time. There is no excuse now, but to blame it all on myself. This is a very exciting time for me, and my photography will only improve from here on out.

Truck? or Camera?

Truck pro's:
-i finally drive again!!
-i finally get the vehical i WANT.
-i can get a shell and go camping whenever i want. no risk of raining out. smaller risk of spiders.
-i can finally start going to phoenix and take photographs of bands that don't tour de tucson and not worry about it breaking down.
-i can move myself instead of borring others' trucks.
Truck cons:
-i won't be able to save for a camera.
-i won't be able to save for school.
-i won't be able to afford many vacations.
-3-4 years of payments.
-higher insurance rates for financing a vehicle.
Camera pros:
-convenience of digital.
-ergo, less stress at concerts.
-less stress under deadlined shoots.
-less stress about aesthetically correct lighting.
-quicker to pay off than a truck
-the mother's disappointment in buying a "toy" over a necessity.
-nothing's worse than a mother's disappointment.
-but then again, she's not paying for anything.
Camera cons:
-less cash to put down on a vehicle.
-IT'S JUST NOT THE SAME AS FILM.
-it'll be out-dated within 3 years. the truck will be paid off in three to four years.
-my computer might suck too much to handle digital images, though i do work at a digital lab.
any advice, outsider perspective, help, .......cash,
would be incredibly helpful right now.
