So there's this fellah in the Daria fandom who makes these fanfics called Lawndale's Finest, which mixes Daria with DC Comics. He was nice enough to allow me to write a story in that universe (Power Struggle, currently still in progress), and this is the villain I'm using, Val from the Daria episode "The Lost Girls" crossed with the electric mayhem known as Livewire.
