A16 Mountain Fortress

Finally at a point where I can retire this fort.  After about 10 game years everything seems to be working well.  Infestations are frequent but easily dealt with.  My Killbox has been able to stop everything thrown at it.  The few attempts to dig through to my base were stopped and the damage repaired.  Like my previous forts, the antimatter reactor had its power boosted to 100k.  Now I can finally update the version and start over!
