Living in upstate New York, I find inspiration from the natural world around me, as well as from symbolism, mythology and what lies within the still places of the mind. I am always striving to connect with automatic and stream-of-consciousness techniques, so my work has an aura of surrealism and plays with dream-imagery.

My media varies and changes often. I mostly use dry pastel and acrylics, but I'll occasionally use watercolors, micron pens, gouache, charcoal, graphite, and inks. I love experimenting to find harmonious blends.
