wow, it's been almost a year since my last journal. to be honest, i've gotten so blase about deviantART that i forget to log on most of the time, unfortunately. but i'm going to try my best to be here more often this year and i just really want to thank everyone who's stuck by for all this time

so this year, i think i'm going to otakon again after having not gone for the past 3 years. is anyone else going?

however, i've had absolutely zero luck in getting a table for artist alley. which begs the question: does anyone have an otakon artist alley table and are willing to share? i'm willing to pay extra for my half, bring my own display, share plastic sleeves for prints, snacks, etc. so please please please!! let me know if you can share or know anyone who can. thanks for any help!

<sub>wow, i haven't been on dA in a year and a half. so how is everyone doing?
i realize that i've been gone for so long that i'm sure a lot of you stopped watching me, which i can completely understand. but those of you who are still around, thank you for sticking by! and now that school is over (forever!!!), i think i might actually start posting again.

i've been doing a lot of avengers stuff lately for my personal work, and professionally been doing stuff for children's books (it's a very rewarding field and i love it) and i will eventually begin posting some of that here later on.
i just want to get back into being on social media again and dA feels a bit like coming home, even though the layout's been changed again and again and nothing really looks all the familiar. still, i'm going to definitely try my best to be active here again. i might just delete all of my old gallery and start uploading things that i actually do now. the things in my gallery no longer represent me as a creative individual so i'm going to change that.

i'm still alive.

i hope everyone's been having a good 2011 so far.
as the start of a new year, i'm going to completely revamp my account (delete some old stuff) and hopefully have new work to upload soon. the focus lately has been on school so i have yet to do much personal work but i hope to be more active again. also, my style has changed lately and i like to think i've been improving so i hope i don't disappoint.

wow, it's been a while.


just updating to say that i will be at animeNEXT in somerset, nj this weekend.
i have a table there under my studio name, infinity² so please, do come by and visit if you're around

actual art updates coming soon. i'm working on something; just... with summerim classes and my hand severely cramping when i draw for long durations of time, it's taken much longer to finish than i've anticipated.
