Recovery Anxiety

Speaking from experience, you're going to have a strong urge to self destruct. You might not even notice it. But you'll want to "destroy things before they can be destroyed" so you'll be prepared for what you think is inevitable. Don't give in to those feelings.

One of the hardest things you can do is let the happy times be the happy times. But you gotta do it.
