New tumblr for drawing practice

Because I don't particularly want to submit steps or practice drawings here (if it is even allowed in the first place) I made a new blog. Also to make myself upload regularly so I don't only draw once every half year.

Made the design myself and it is not completely finished yet. Plus there is a bit of trouble with tumblr implementing some things via iframes without custom css.
So it is a WIP, likes and such don't show yet, but I believe they register alright. If there's anything not quite working right feel free to leave a comment.

Alright. I'm not one to enjoy writing long publicly available texts like this, but I feel like I have to update something once in a while, so I will try my best.
First and foremost I would like to thank everyone who started watching me since back when I made this account. What started just as something to keep track of possible favourites actually managed to have some things in the gallery after all. I'm not sure whether people actually watch me to see whether I will improve given time or just want to have me bookmarked to see what kind of commissions I'm asking people for in the future. But either way, thank you very much =3
That said, not everything I've ever drawn is available in my gallery here. There's things I felt are not worth putting in the gallery here, but they can still be seen on my tumblr (SFW) which can be reached via this URL: sunset-radiance.tumblr.com/
It's already in my deviantID, but I thought it probably doesn't hurt to have it in this post as well.
Well then! Regarding the future plans mentioned in the title:
There are quite a few things I plan to commission at some point, either when I got the means to do so, others when I find an artist with a drawing style I feel is most fitting. Those commissions include:
Yomi (several kinds of..)
- Original Yomi and her younger sister Sae in magical girl form, perhaps a several panel long henshin (transformation) comic or perhaps an animation
- Original Yomi with Sae and Aki (her older sister) spending time together (already in the works / pending)
- An alternate world Yomi; A Yomi that has merged with two other beings, having three souls that she can unite with to become a magical being. Can be further enhanced infusing herself with the 'Eight Elements of Creation'
- Alternate world Yomi Elementals (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Darkness / Shadow, Light, Void and Time themed)
- More alternate world Yomi, Detective Conan (Case Closed) style; most likely a shadowy figure reflected in a Katana held by Yomi, protecting Conan and Ai. The figure having a dark aura or sharp teeth, or something else demon'y (anyone who can draw in this style and reads this, and would like to offer your services, feel free to note me and I will check out your gallery and price list!)
- Yomi of yet another world (already in the works / pending); Self-declared half-alien Yomi getting ready to fight a skyscraper-sized shadow beast, with two class mates around
Sheena
- Definitely one in Cyberspace
- Perhaps more comic pages in the future
- Maybe some of Arin making her cosplay (which would make her uncomfortable, but it sure is fun fun!)
Miyuurin
- More Miyuurin art, on stage and as normal school girl
FFXIV
- Commission of my character Kih (Kih Tereel; in-game name: K' Tereel)
Kaadia related (characters of my very own world)
- Commission of the world map (know which artist to ask, but kind of difficult to make the reference for this one..)
- Commissions of the main characters of a story set on this world
- More character commissions like Chybelle and Jeyna (which might probably count as some kind of Concept Art? Perhaps)
- Other concept art (races, places, ore, technology, etc.)
Still not set on a style for this. Anyone who's willing to work on a few things for me, just send me a note and I will check your style and prices!
Ponies
- There will definitely be more pony commissions as well, though nothing in particular is planned in that regard.
- Probably trying to get an Alicorn commission (Aeon / Eon), who has been drifting through space, asleep. Just not entirely sure what her mane might be like. She's age (like in era) / long timespan themed
- Nova, which is a ponified alternate world Yomi (silhuette already available at my OC favourites)
Designs
Quite a few things I need in this regard.
- Original Yomi's magical item that houses the soul of the ancient knights she unites with to become magical girl Nova + the items of the other girls, including her sister, two class mates and friends, and an exchange student (who's got her powers for a while already and uses them to steal things, for thrills). Also transformed outfits, the knights (for who I also still need names..) and the city they live in.
- Alternate world Yomi transformed outfit
- ... few more things that escape my memory right now
Commissions pending
There's a few, two of the ones before this update are mentioned above, plus a new one. I still(!) need to check my notes on this one .. And I already made sub-folders which I never use >.<
- CharacterSpace
I started working on a website for all my OCs, which will have some information about settings, the characters themselves, etc.
Sounds nice? Well, I am not entirely sure when it will be done. Not even sure when it will get out of the design stage. I'm not exactly the fastest, nor am I particularly good at coming up with a nice design; definitely better at changing and adjusting than coming up from scratch. So this might still take quite a while to complete.
UPDATE:
Have a Layout in mind, someone even offered to help me with the design; now it's just the waiting game.

Having talked about drawing earlier, I'm currently in some kind of .. down-phase, artist-block? Somehow all things I try to draw don't look right to me. The last tumblr update was 2 months ago and I was pretty busy (helping my sis move and some other things that came up), so perhaps I'm just out of practice as I am still a beginner in this field. I'll definitely keep trying, though, so for all those who are watching me for my own art, don't you worry, there'll definitely be more at some point!
I also plan to expand to non-pony art at some point, perhaps I will make a sub-thumblr for that eventually. I'll definitely give an update once that's the case.

Managed to draw some eyes, in sketch form, yay~ Not enough to upload here, but it's progress none the less!
Well, there's something else I could mention, however I don't quite feel confident enough to bring that up just yet.
Which means this is the conclusion for this very first journal entry of mine. Hope it is of some interest to some people out there. Otherwise I guess it's still a nice checklist of commissions for myself at least, hehe.
