Alyeska Helicopters' N99507 by Jetta-Windstar Alyeska Helicopters' N99507 by Jetta-Windstar
This aircraft recently got back in action after maintenance, I think i was the first one to have a check ride in it since then oO.

Taken Sept.14.2011 by one of the employees at Alyeska Helicopters on the day of my second completed checkride, the first was incomplete due to weather (booo). But as you can see, it was much nicer this day.

This is of me and my daddeh, with a nice background and one of the other helicopters behind us. The employee did a superb job with this photo, because I like the way it's positioned and how the helicopter's shadow balances everything out. Only issue i have with it is I should have been where dad was lol. I'm in the shade! But its okay.

I don't think so. Kind of like the difference between a small car and a big truck, more than likely. From what I understand the controls are pretty standard, though some of the bigger craft have additional controls, like the difference between an automatic and manual transmission? That's just a guess though.

not always, the design in the R22 is unique, but its possible that for the larger ones you're right. The R22 is one of the only small choppers with that sheer amount of visibility.
