The first thing I noticed when I saw this was the texture of the suit itself is absolutely spot on and beautiful. It  definitely does look photo-realistic with speckles and lighting of the material. However I find the rendering and understanding of the rest of the piece to fall a bit flat. There's three major elements here that I think you should focus on for now. Those being, facial structure, folds and drapery as well as composition.

The first is fairly straightforward. Nailing the look of a face is difficult in all aspects and just mostly requires time and effort to get it correct. When I look at the face of Yvonne here it's rather flat because the features of the face aren't formed properly and don't have correct lighting on their planes to show proper depth. There are slight proportional issues as well such as the lips being off center to the other features of the face.

Secondly with folds and drapery this is one thing that isn't really taught and doesn't have many resources. When I look at the various indications of folds on the boots, knees, gloves and cape I see there is a lack of understanding there. For one on how they're formed and for two how they behave. Take a look at this link here: characterdesignnotes.blogspot.…
In it is a chapter from The Famous Artist Course book. It's the chapter on laws of clothing and folds and how they behave and interact. It is super beneficial to every artist and will amp up your abilities to portray these more correctly.

Lastly with the composition what I noticed is that there is quite a bit trying to go on here. You have Yvonne standing infront of the city with the bat signal in back behind her. It might not seem like a lot because it is only three elements. However, in a design aspect of things you have to think about how much attention these are trying to grab and what you want your main focus to be. Yvonne is a bright purple on a pure black background with a bright saturated spotlight right behind her. All of these elements are pushed up to maximum focus and are all trying to grab attention at the same time. Take some time to study composition and design theory if you can. What it could help you understand is how to place things within the frame better and also how to make your elements work together instead of fight for attention.
