Why, hello there! by jerry8448 Why, hello there! by jerry8448
This started out as a simple exercise in perspective. Drew vanishing points to experiment with different window sizes. I don't usually like painting confined spaces, walls with straight lines, etc.
The final result is a little random. Hope you like it regardless =P

Wow, this is super cool! I love how you incorporated a few of your other artworks as the pictures-- that's so cool! That and all of the other little details really make the picture. The little woodland creature is super cute, as always :) thank you for sharing!

All I can think of is how I would just wave back all confused to the stranger in the window.

Good job!

Yeah, I do not read them in the end anymore (so I might come off rude if I do not answer questions),  simply don't have much time sitting down and reading and replying while taking care of my family and plus doing work and house cores, it's just too much. Don't want to waist others time as well if I do not read them.

That's quite a friendly looking scraggly wolf, and probably the perfect playmate for a neglected child left in that neglected nursery. (Let's just hope his friendly affect is true to his intentions and not just waving Hi before picking up lunch. :o) You did a lovely job on the run down old place, more so because of its state. The small furniture and books (Lalala looks especially interesting ;)) plus the teddy bear make it clear what this room is for, and the lack of upkeep is charming in a way. Judging by the stars drawn above I have to wonder if the child has since grown up or if she just stood on the little desk to draw them. Nice lettering and little cute pictures, plus the professional artwork throughout the room is so good that one could write full comments for each. ;)

You did a fantastic job with the layout of the place, the walls and floors, all of the colors and textures under that diffuse hazy-day lighting. Nice pattern choice for the faded old wallpaper, and the cracks even look quite good. The spider's web, hanging-herbs, and that flower growing from the windowsill are all great little touches for the old place. Are the whitish orbs garlic? Not that there's anything wrong with keeping vampires out, though if this anthro wolf wasn't so cheerful then I'd suggest adding some wolfsbane to the decor. :)

Anyway, awesome job on creating a mood. Thanks.

I did have to zoom in a little bit, but I always check titles and stuff just in case there's an Easter egg. :)

this has great perspective, its super creepy in a childish sort of way. the off set windows help with that. that furry dude is way too happy...

Have to agree, there's something uneasy about this and that thing's smile. I'd be cautious in this.

I don't like painting interiors either. XD

This is really nice though. I like how the windows are arranged so irregularly and the soft light coming in from outside.
