Not too sure why I even bother to write another one of those journal articles, since not many people would read them. However, I find that reading my past entries can be quite refreshing, so I might as well leave another mark in the history for future references.
I kind of got stuck in Strange Journey, haven't touch SS for a VERY LONG TIME. Sengoku Rance is fun, but I got this weird habit of putting down a game before its final boss stage, and SR is another one of my victims. Tried LoL, the comparison being like afl to rugby. Too wussy of an ARTS and I prefer the challenges in HoN. Got into a DnD campaign for the first time with some friends, with the character of an ambiguous stalker female troll. Fun time trolling other people.

What's with this version7 of the dA layout?????
I mean, I don't really hate it, since I haven't yet been able to use it for a significant period of time to comment...But it just feels weird for some reason, like, too open.
Also, I don't like the fact that you would have to go to main page to be able to use the search bar...

well, a lot as in actually finishing a 60page sketch book with a character portrait in each page.
Probably not much in the standard of a lot of artists here, but I feel like sharing my "work experience". Some could even be scanned and coloured if I actually can be bothered to

sure is unforgiving
one moment you thought you are cruising through the maze, an unidentified demon popped up, attack got reflected, elemental disadvantaged, the next thing you know you had to re-do the last 20min worth of exploring again.
Otherwise, I'm really enjoying this game. The level progression is quite steady, though sometimes I happen to find myself fighting the stage boss to early. The grinding is more enjoyable than soulsilver (which I'm also playing right now), simply because every match is different.
I quite like the "talk" mechanism, it's interesting to see the different personalities of different demons.

I picked up my pencil once again to doodle, only to realise that it's all the same thing...same pose, same angle whatever. the only thing different is the character inside. It's like I'd just used the same reference picture over and over.
I need to start using reference photos now......
and also work on the backgrounds
