This series focuses on a young girl named Menchi, who just recently moved to Johto.  She befriends a Cyndaquil, who later becomes her best buddy. Now as a team, Menchi and her Cyndaquil will learn to work together, in order to defeat many trainers, catch Pokémon, face their rival and overcome many obstacles along the way. Chapter 1: Johto The sun began to rise from the horizon as the night sky began to fade. A Pidgey alighted on a bridge and made to chirp at the sky. A young girl who lived with her mother in the Johto region, had just awakened from sleep. She yawned and rubbed eyes.  Chapter 1: Icy conditions  Tweeter was flying Menchi back to Mahogany Town and alighted on the ground, right in front of the gym. “Thanks, Tweeter,” Menchi said, returning Tweeter back to his Pokéball. But to her surprise, Tweeter released himself and stamped his foot. “Pidge! Pidge!” Tweeter said, angrily. Menchi knew that face. That face meant that he wanted to battle. But this was an ice gym.  “Tweeter, you’re weak to ice,” Menchi said to the Pidgeotto. “I don’t want to lose you.” Tweeter puffed his chest and kicked a rock on the ground and saw it fall over. Jeremy and his friends are invited to CJ and Brandy’s wedding in Leaguegend. When they head to the refugee camp, they reunite with their old friends and prepare themselves to watch the wedding. Prologue:  It’s been months since Brandy proposed to CJ and the two have spent more time together as a couple in Leaguegend. The two had lunch together, ate ice cream, with CJ saving the cone for Brandy to eat, laid in the grass looking at clouds in the sky and shared a kiss under the sunlight.
